Docker filesystem snapshots and runner install docs

Daytona 0.173.0 introduces Docker filesystem snapshots for the API and runner, and ends usage periods when a sandbox enters the destroying state.

The v2 recover path is enabled and a race condition in the v0 path is patched. Documentation adds installation instructions for customer managed compute (runners), a DocSearch configuration, and updates to the Flue guide.
