Integer API client types and CLI MCP allowlist fixes

Daytona 0.215.0 syncs integer OpenAPI types across the generated Go and Java clients as a breaking change, corrects CLI MCP allowlist handling, and fixes CLI profile propagation and Ruby SDK archive uploads.

CLI: reflect the active profile on every GetApiClient call

CLI, MCP: correct networkAllowList and add domainAllowList

Ruby SDK: pass the archive source to tar as an operand

Breaking Changes

API clients: sync integer OpenAPI types and regenerate clients. Generated Go client signatures change float32 to int32, Java client signatures change BigDecimal to Integer for the affected fields, and sdk-go Sandbox resource fields are now int32.
