Organization OTel config GA and dashboard updates

Daytona 0.172.0 moves organization OTel configuration to general availability across the API, dashboard, and SDKs.

The dashboard sandbox sheet is revamped and a snapshot details sheet is added.

Documentation expands with NetBird VPN connection setup, CLI reference installation and update instructions, declarative builder image configuration examples, volumes data sharing examples, and an Ask AI feature. A Flue guide is published, and stale wording about a dashboard bug is removed from the OSS domain deployment docs.
