Organization & Stability Updates

This release improves the dashboard experience and backend reliability.

The dashboard now integrates billing queries and mutations, alongside layout tweaks for organization settings, making account management smoother. Logic updates ensure that only shared regions can be selected as an organization's default, preventing configuration errors.

On the backend, system stability is a major focus. The proxy now supports graceful shutdowns and implements a "don't fail early" strategy for authentication, evaluating all options before rejection.

Additionally, custom panic recovery has been implemented across the proxy, runner, and daemon to handle concurrent write errors in the code interpreter and ensure the service remains available during unexpected faults.
