Snapshot Activation & Disk Recovery

This release improves system reliability and the robustness of snapshot management. A new recovery mechanism addresses "no space left" scenarios, allowing the system to attempt graceful recovery when storage limits are reached, rather than failing abruptly.

Significant improvements have been made to the snapshot workflow. A comprehensive refactor streamlines how snapshots are activated across the Dashboard and API, while stricter validation ensures snapshot references remain consistent during updates.

Additionally, the Dashboard now immediately invalidates and refreshes usage limit queries upon coupon redemption, ensuring users see their updated quotas instantly.
